Bases de los sorteos de KindiWise

Estas bases se aplican a los sorteos que se organizan dentro de KindiWise. Cada sorteo indica en su ficha el premio, la fecha y hora de cierre y quién lo organiza; esos datos forman parte de estas bases.

1. Organizador

El organizador es la persona o entidad que figura como tal en la ficha del sorteo (por ejemplo, un autor o una cuenta colaboradora) o, si no se indica otra, Gutsapps (Alejandro Gutiérrez). KindiWise solo pone la plataforma para participar y para elegir al ganador; Google, Apple e Instagram (Meta) no patrocinan, avalan ni gestionan ningún sorteo.

2. Gratuito

Participar es gratis y no hace falta comprar nada. Tener KindiWise Plus o haber quitado los anuncios no da ventaja.

3. Quién puede participar

  • Personas mayores de 18 años con una cuenta de KindiWise (no vale el modo invitado) y residentes en el país indicado en el sorteo (por defecto, España).
  • Una sola cuenta por persona. Quedan excluidos el organizador y quienes colaboren directamente en el sorteo, y sus familiares directos.

4. Cómo participar

Pulsa «Participar» en la ficha del sorteo antes de que termine el plazo. Si el sorteo lo exige, también tendrás que seguir la cuenta de Instagram indicada; en ese caso se te pedirá tu usuario de Instagram para que el organizador pueda comprobarlo. Si no cumples los requisitos, tu participación no será válida.

5. Participaciones (papeletas)

  • 1 papeleta por apuntarte al sorteo.
  • +1 papeleta si escribes una reseña de la ficha del sorteo mientras está abierto.
  • +1 papeleta si declaras que has valorado la app en la tienda y esa valoración se verifica dentro del plazo.

El máximo es de 3 papeletas por persona.

6. Plazo

Desde que el sorteo se publica hasta la fecha y hora de cierre que figuran en su ficha. Las participaciones fuera de plazo no cuentan.

7. Elección del ganador

Hay un único ganador por sorteo. Tras el cierre, el organizador lo elige al azar con la herramienta de la app entre todas las papeletas válidas, de modo que cada papeleta tiene la misma probabilidad.

8. Aviso al ganador

El ganador será avisado a través de la app (y, si procede, por Instagram). Tiene 7 días para responder y facilitar los datos necesarios. Si no responde en ese plazo, no cumple los requisitos o renuncia, el organizador podrá elegir a otra persona.

9. Premio

  • Es el que se describe en la ficha del sorteo. No se puede canjear por dinero ni transferir a otra persona.
  • Los premios digitales (por ejemplo, la app sin anuncios) se activan en la cuenta del ganador. Los premios físicos se envían a la dirección que facilite, dentro del ámbito territorial del sorteo y con los gastos de envío a cargo del organizador.
  • Si fuera aplicable alguna obligación fiscal sobre el premio, corresponde a cada parte según la ley.

10. Datos personales

Para gestionar el sorteo tratamos tu nombre de usuario, tu nombre y, si se pide, tu usuario de Instagram; solo los ve el organizador, y se usan únicamente para el sorteo y para entregar el premio. Los conservamos hasta unos tres meses después de la entrega. Podemos anunciar el nombre de usuario del ganador. Más información en la política de privacidad.

11. Fraude y normas

Quedarán excluidas las participaciones con cuentas duplicadas o falsas, con medios automatizados o que incumplan los términos de uso. El organizador puede descalificar a quien lo haga.

12. Cambios y cancelación

El organizador puede modificar, suspender o cancelar un sorteo por causas ajenas a su voluntad (fraude, fallo técnico, fuerza mayor), avisándolo en la app.

13. Aceptación y ley aplicable

Participar supone aceptar estas bases. Se rigen por la ley española. Si tienes cualquier duda o reclamación, escríbenos a soporte@gutsapps.com.

KindiWise Giveaway Rules

These rules apply to the giveaways run inside KindiWise. Each giveaway states on its page the prize, the closing date and time and who organizes it; that information is part of these rules.

1. Organizer

The organizer is the person or entity listed as such on the giveaway page (for example, an author or a collaborator account) or, if none is stated, Gutsapps (Alejandro Gutiérrez). KindiWise only provides the platform to enter and to pick the winner; Google, Apple and Instagram (Meta) do not sponsor, endorse or run any giveaway.

2. Free to enter

Entering is free and no purchase is necessary. Having KindiWise Plus or having removed ads gives no advantage.

3. Who can enter

  • People aged 18 or over with a KindiWise account (guest mode does not count) and residing in the country stated in the giveaway (Spain by default).
  • One account per person. The organizer, anyone directly involved in the giveaway and their immediate family are excluded.

4. How to enter

Tap “Join” on the giveaway page before the deadline. If the giveaway requires it, you will also have to follow the Instagram account indicated; in that case you will be asked for your Instagram username so the organizer can check it. If you do not meet the requirements, your entry will not be valid.

5. Entries (tickets)

  • 1 ticket for joining the giveaway.
  • +1 ticket if you write a review of the giveaway item while it is open.
  • +1 ticket if you state that you have rated the app in the store and that rating is verified within the deadline.

The maximum is 3 tickets per person.

6. Period

From when the giveaway is published until the closing date and time shown on its page. Late entries do not count.

7. Choosing the winner

There is one winner per giveaway. After closing, the organizer picks the winner at random with the app’s tool from all valid tickets, so every ticket has the same chance.

8. Notifying the winner

The winner will be notified through the app (and, where applicable, on Instagram). They have 7 days to reply and provide the necessary details. If they do not reply in that time, do not meet the requirements or decline, the organizer may pick someone else.

9. Prize

  • It is the one described on the giveaway page. It cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another person.
  • Digital prizes (for example, the app without ads) are activated on the winner’s account. Physical prizes are shipped to the address provided, within the giveaway’s territorial scope and with shipping costs paid by the organizer.
  • If any tax obligation applies to the prize, it falls on each party as the law provides.

10. Personal data

To run the giveaway we process your username, your name and, if requested, your Instagram username; only the organizer can see them, and they are used only for the giveaway and to deliver the prize. We keep them for about three months after delivery. We may announce the winner’s username. More information in the privacy policy.

11. Fraud and rules

Entries made with duplicate or fake accounts, with automated means or that break the terms of use will be excluded. The organizer may disqualify anyone who does so.

12. Changes and cancellation

The organizer may modify, suspend or cancel a giveaway for reasons beyond their control (fraud, technical failure, force majeure), announcing it in the app.

13. Acceptance and governing law
